Marie-Josee Blais is a cardiac sonographer at the Jewish General Hospital of Montreal since 1991 after receiving her diploma as an imaging technologist. She developed a course in echocardiography, mandated by the Association of Medical Imaging Technologists of Quebec (OTIMROEPM), available on the web for members of the association since 2012. She is also an inspector for that association. She is interested in standardization in echocardiography, quality improvement and contrast imaging.
