Dr Patrick Garceau graduated from medical school at Laval University in 2001. He completed his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at Laval University in 2007. From 2007 until 2010, he completed a fellowship in echocardiography and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy at the University of Toronto. He became a staff cardiologist at the Montreal Heart Institute in 2010, his main expertise being genetics cardiomyopathies and advanced echocardiography.
